HOW OUR POLICY WORKS

We know the needs for each client is different , and because of that we customize each cleaning service to fit, your home, needs, and preferences.

K&K Pro Cleaning Service will love for each one of our clients / customers to be able to do the things they enjoy doing in life with out having to limit themselves because they have this book full of chores to complete. We don't even want you to have to come home from a long day of work and now have to come home and clean NO way, that is where we come in at, we make it easy to create a cleaning schedule that fits your life.

Recurring Cleanings are scheduled according to our checkpoint list and all that is discussed when defining your needs of service.

One-Time Cleanings are scheduled under a check point list but under different pricing estimate!

We make sure every effort is made to complete all services provided within the time allocated. PLEASE BE ADVICED THAT THE TIME FRAME THAT IS GIVEN IS JUST LETING YOU KNOW THE AMOUNT OF HOURS THE SERVICE CLEANERS MAY BE IN YOUR HOME YOU ARE NOT BEING CHARGED FOR THE TIME THAT THEY ARE THERE YOUR, BE CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE AND LABOR BEING PROVIDED.

Please note that it will take a few cleanings for our recurring customers, for us to confirm your ongoing maintenance of service needs, we ask that you please be patient with us while your service cleaner learns how to best clean your home, we assure you that we will move from deep cleaning to a regular basic maintenance cleaning. 

• Choose a frequency option: Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, or One time 
• Pick an arrival time: Morning or Afternoon
• You decide how we access your home, you can let us in , or provide us with a key that will securely be kept locked inside a key safe.

At K&K Pro Cleaning our staff is required to take a check point list with them to each clients home. The purpose of the check point list is so the staff can check off each chore that was completed. It is also so the main office can be sure the staff has completed each request of the client. If the client is home at the time of completion you will need to sign.

We do offer fast over the phone estimates right when you call with no wait. However we also offer in person estimates to see what it is you need us to do. The choice is yours, don't have time to wait choose over the phone estimate.

No payments are to be made to or given to our service cleaners, all payments must be made through our K&K PRO CLEANING OFFICE ONLY. 

K&K PRO CLEANING ACCEPTS , MASTER CARDS, VISA, CHECKS, AND PAYMENTS CAN ALSO BE MADE DIRECTLY THROUGH INVOICE ARE BY CALLING IN TO OUR OFFICE NO CASE WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Full payment is due the day of cleaning any payments that are 5 days late a $30.00 late fee will be added to payment invoice.

A credit card number must be kept on file with our office. All accounts will be charged the balance due, plus any fees on the day of cleaning unless you have notified K&K PRO CLEANING office by phone or in writing that an alternate form of payment will be provided at the time of service. 

A $25 DOLLAR FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR EACH RETURNED CHECK  AFTER 2 RETURNED CHECKS YOU WILL NOLONGER BE ALLOWED TO PAY BY CHECK.

We have a budget friendly  plan which means you will never have to pay for services you don't use or need. What ever your cleaning needs maybe or your budget, we will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you need and want, results is what we look to give. 

Recurring Service Access

You have a couple of options for providing K&K Pro Cleaning access to your home.

The most preferred and most convenient method you may leave a key to your residence with K&K Pro Cleaning  office, your key will be kept safe in a coded security lock box customers name or address will never be attached to your key. We ask that if you have an alarm system that you disarm it or give access code to the main office at K&K Pro Cleaning only.

We will never return keys in the mail, all keys will be returned in person, we ask that when keys are being returned please have a picture ID present before key is released.

If it is not possible for you to leave a key with us, you can meet the service cleaner at your residence. Please be sure to read over our cancellation policy should K&K PRO  service cleaner be unable to access your home there will be a $30 dollar  mileage fee after 15 minutes and you will have to call to set another appointment which the $30 dollars must be paid first.

If neither of the above is possible please setup other alternate arrangements with K&K Pro Cleaning Service Office for service cleaning access, 

If you have any special request or needs please feel free to give us a call, we will be sure to help meet your request. If a staff member is already at your home and it is something extra you would like the staff to do extra please call us to do an add on.

If there is ever a time you need to cancel, re-schedule or skip an appointment no problem, just give us a call at the office before the appointment date at the latest 48 hours within business days and hours. IF THE SERVICE CLEARNER SHOWS UP TO AN APPOINTMENT THAT WAS NEVER CANCELED BY THE CUSTOMER THERE WILL BE A $30 DOLLAR MILEAGE FEE CHARGED THAT MUST BE PAID BEFORE RESCHEDULING.  IF YOU CANCEL 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT A DEPOSIT OF $25 DOLLARS FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.

Schedule or Service changes can not be made through service cleaners, Please contact our office directly for cancellations or schedule change.

Termination of recurring scheduled cleanings must be in writing.

All recurring services are priced at a discounted rate. Should you choose to cancel your recurring service after only one cleaning, Please be advised that our regular One-Time cleaning charges will apply.

Our goal is to make sure every client / customer is completely happy with all of our service(s). That is why we offer a Re-Cleaning  Guarantee. If you are ever dissatisfied with any of your service(s) please call us at the office to let us know within 24 hours of service, and we will be sure to send a staff member to come out to re-clean or complete service at no additional charge.
